How do I measure my head?

Our caps are crafted to comfortably fit most women, accommodating head circumferences between 21–23 inches.
For a more personalized fit, we also offer small (20”) and extra-large (24”) cap options.

Size Differences Are Minimal

For reference:

• One inch is roughly the width of a fingernail
• Half an inch is barely noticeable
• Minor measurement differences won’t have a major impact on comfort or fit

Understanding Wig Cap Sizing

An exact cap size match isn’t always necessary. Although I usually wear a 21-inch cap, I’ve been able to wear 24-inch wigs successfully with a glueless application.

Why This Works: The elastic band is the key component for a secure fit, while cap size mainly influences overall comfort.

Lengths

Please note that the final length may vary depending on styling. Curling the hair can cause it to appear shorter.

• Curls may reduce the visible length by up to 4 inches

• To achieve a 20inch curly style, consider choosing 22-24inches in straight hair

Texture

Body wave–style units are temporarily styled for display. These looks are achieved by curling straight hair and are not intended to be permanent. The curl pattern will relax over time.

Color

Actual colours may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. We do our best to photograph each unit accurately, but screen settings and device displays can impact colour representation.

Washing: Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Comb and detangle before washing and minimal combing when wet

Drying: Air dry or use low heat.

Styling: Always apply a heat protectant before styling, and use styling products sparingly (such as hair serum, wax stick, or holding spray) to prevent product buildup on the wig.

Storage: After each use, gently comb and detangle the wig, then store it on a wig stand or in a silk bag-This is especially recommended if the unit won’t be worn for an extended period, as it helps prevent drying

Q: How long does the hair last?

A: With proper care. 3-4 years or longer.

The lifespan will vary depending on how frequently the wig is worn and how well it is maintained

Q: Can I colour the hair?

A: Yes, but professional colouring is recommended.

Q:How do I cut my lace?

A:To achieve a natural look, carefully trim the excess lace in a zigzag pattern, cutting as close to the hairline as possible so that little to no lace is visible.

All orders in this category are custom-made based on your request and require a 10–15 business day processing period before shipment. (Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your item.)

Once your order ships, the estimated delivery times are:

• International: 5–7 business days

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: After your order ships, delivery is handled by the courier. If your package appears lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier

Refunds: We cannot issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered” by the tracking system. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office and submit a claim

Custom Wig Policy: Due to the personalized nature of these wigs, we do not offer returns—exchanges only.

Returns & Exchanges: We only accept returns if the wig is defective or damaged when received or when it is not same as what is being advertised

1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a return label via email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking: When returning an order, you must provide a tracking number as proof of delivery. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned item.

To ensure every unit is made and delivered efficiently with top-quality standards, customers must carefully review their order before completing checkout.

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order(provided processing haven’t commenced) to request any changes or updates, including:

After the 24-hour window, your order enters production, and:

• No changes or alterations can be made
