- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be unused, no product applied, lace not cut, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Exclusions
- We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or incorrect orders (e.g., change of mind).
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable ( e.g glueless wig )
